COST TO PARTICIPATE: Multiply the number of people attending by 3 for all shows except
Of Mice and Men - for it please multiply by 7.

IF YOU CANCEL A RESERVATION you must do so at least 4 weeks prior to the performance or your school will be responsible for full payment. This will allow time for schools on our waiting list to make arrangements to attend.
PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN 2 WAYS . . .
 
  ~OCP will bill BOCES.
(Be sure your principal has obtained approval from your central office.)
  ~OCP will bill your school approximately 8 weeks prior to the performance.
Checks, payable to OCP, should be mailed 4 weeks before the show.
Money can not be accepted on the morning of the performance.
PERFORMANCES WILL BE CANCELLED if the host school is closed. Refunds will be given only if a performance is cancelled.
REMAIN ON THE BUSES until they have gotten as close as possible to the entrance. This helps to ensure the safety of students & to eliminate traffic problems.
SEATING begins 30 minutes prior to the performance. Please move as quickly as possible with the Ushers to assigned seats to enable the show to start on time. Every effort will be made to seat students from the same school together.
SEATING FOR ADULTS will be provided 1 per class plus 1-1 aides. Seating for others will be available, space permitting. To do otherwise is to deprive students from attending live, professional theater. Your cooperation is appreciated.
STUDY GUIDES should be incorporated into your curriculum to enable students to fully appreciate the performances. Information can be obtained from our website (www.ILoveTheatre.org), on our brochure (with the show descriptions) or on the
written confirmation of your reservation that will be sent to your school. Youtheatre performances meet New York State Learning Standards for English, Social Studies, and the Arts (Theatre, Dance & Music).
THEATER ETIQUETTE should be reviewed with students to ensure the enjoyment of the performances for all. Cameras, recording equipment, food, or drinks are not permitted in the auditoriums.
